To undertake all aspects in cleaning equipment: walls up to 6ft, floors, fixtures and fittings, including canopies, equipment, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. to the Companys standard according to the cleaning rota or as directed. Stocking of shelves and stocktaking. To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene, cleanliness and neatness ensuring full uniform is worn at all times. To comply with Statutory and Company Hygiene Regulations in handling and storage of food and beverages. To ensure you act in the interests of your own safety and the safety of others as all times. To assist as directed with all aspects of preparation and presentation of food to the Companys standard. To attend/receive any job-related training as required. To ensure tables and accompaniments are kept as clean as is reasonably practicable and adequately stocked during service times and relay as required. To promote a friendly and welcome atmosphere.
