For our client, a well-known multinational technology company , we are looking for a Dutch Speaker.



The scope of this position is really straightforward:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking  assistance over the phone or email ( only inbound calls & no sales involved  )
  • Interact with other departments to resolve more complex cases;
  • Provide a step-by-step guidance to customers;
  • Working together with team coaches and trainers to constantly keep your knowledge up-to-date



  • Dutch at a (near) native level and English at good level
  • Availability to relocate  to Athens , Greece
  • A keen  interest in computers and technology products
  • Availability to work full-time and in shifts if needed
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening
  • Time management skills;

An EU passport;

*Experience in a Customer Service environment is a plus *
