Job Description

Responsibilities          

  • Stock control -Inputting new and used stock onto the system
  • New vehicle registration
  • New and Used Car sales invoicing
  • Processing documentation relating to the purchase of used/part exchange vehicles.
  • Transfer of vehicle ownership
  • Motor Taxation
  • Returning sales details to manufactures
  • Tracking of daily sales team targets
  • Generation of stock reports
  • Manufactures showroom standards
  • Internal audit of procedures
  • To maintain an accurate filing system
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of data

Other Duties

  • Reception, secretarial and general office duties
  • To undertake other administrative and other duties if required.

Require

  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High standard of personal presentation at all times
  • Must be able to work well within an extremely busy environment
