Job Description
Responsibilities
- Stock control -Inputting new and used stock onto the system
- New vehicle registration
- New and Used Car sales invoicing
- Processing documentation relating to the purchase of used/part exchange vehicles.
- Transfer of vehicle ownership
- Motor Taxation
- Returning sales details to manufactures
- Tracking of daily sales team targets
- Generation of stock reports
- Manufactures showroom standards
- Internal audit of procedures
- To maintain an accurate filing system
- Dealing with customer queries
- Ensure security and confidentiality of data
Other Duties
- Reception, secretarial and general office duties
- To undertake other administrative and other duties if required.
Require
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standard of personal presentation at all times
- Must be able to work well within an extremely busy environment
