DALY INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY Company are currently recruiting a full time workshop based fitter to service and repair small construction equipment and plant. You will be a workshop Fitter will working closely with the Workshop Manager. You will be servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of small-medium construction equipment and plant. Knowledge of petrol and diesel engines is essential.

 Key responsibilities

Servicing, repairing and modifying all types of small-medium construction plant machinery including petrol, diesel engines , including but not restricted to Consaws, roadsaws, generators, pumps, lighting towers, compressors, rock-breakers etc.).
Report to the service manager
Manage administration tasks and complete all service and repair records accurately
Work well under pressure and retain a positive attitude to customer service
Complete any necessary paperwork

The person

Have at least 2 years experience repairing small petrol & diesel engine. 
A practical working knowledge of small-medium construction equipment or similar.
Candidate should have a fault finding mechanical & electric aptitude.
An ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
An ability to undertake tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and listening skills
Excellent organisational skills
