Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

You will be managing the food and beverage service in our busy Kaynes Bar & Bistro   Whilst very much a guest facing and operational role, the ideal candidate will have a high degree of corporate knowledge.

A fundamental part of this role will be to improve and develop our progressing team and grow our standards and revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Head of all F&B in Kaynes Bar and Bistro

-Wage Management and Matrices

-Target setting, motivation and inspiration

--Forecasting

-Managing Stocks, Controls and Purchasing

--Working to and achieving Operational Standard

-To be involved in all areas of the Menu Planning

-People Management, including the training and development of the team

-Strive to exceed Guest satisfaction and feedback responses

-Surprise and delight team and guests

-To carry out Duty Management shifts as per the rota

-To be highly competent in all operational areas

-To ensure health and safety requirements are being met

-To ensure staffing levels are kept to company standards and to ensure future shifts are covered to the needs of the business.
