About the role:

We won’t lie to you, the job is not easy, you can expect high targets and challenges, success and failure, tough times and great times. You can also expect your colleagues and management to support you every step of the way.

The successful candidate will report directly to our Team Leader/Call Centre Manager and play a crucial part in helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets. The position is a full-time, permanent role located at our offices in Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Inbound/Outbound sales to new and existing customers
  • Achieving and exceeding individual targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Contributing to team and department targets
  • Managing and maintaining customer records accurately within the system
  • Delivering to all quality standards outlined as part of the role and your training
  • Ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
  • To support your fellow colleagues to be successful
  • Being aware of promotional activity for our business

 The Ideal candidate:

  • 4+ years of professional work experience.
  • Proven track record of commitment within fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
  • Result driven, with the ambition to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written & listening
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, solution focused
  • Customer centric with a passion for ‘wowing’ customers
  • A team player
