Head of Sales– Role Profile

Title: Head of Sales – Callaghan Sash Windows

Exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Representative to join an expanding sash window company operating in Ireland.

Ideal candidates must have the following attributes but not limited to:

  • 5 years plus  Sales experience in High End Window & Door Market
  • Motivational Skills to maintain high performing sales environment
  • Commercially / contractually capable
  • Excellent ability to communicate with colleagues, management and clients

Overall Purpose:

To plan, organise, co-ordinate and execute the management of the Sales function in Callaghan Sash Windows

Key Performance Areas:

  • Achieve Agreed Sales Target
  • Direct and co-ordinate company sales activities
  • Prepare overall company sales/marketing strategy
  • Prepare sales annual operating plan
  • Directly manage key client accounts
  • Implement plan to manage all accounts in an efficient manner
  • Focus own efforts and team efforts on delivering sales results
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with customer base
  • Understand the industry and adjust strategy in line with changing industry needs

Purpose of Role:

Callaghan sash windows plans to maintain and grow its role as a key player in the specialised sash window segment of the market in Ireland. The Head of Sales will provide leadership in goal setting for the sales division as well as third party sales agents and distributors as appropriate.
