The Role
The ideal candidate will be friendly, well presented, enjoy interacting with people and will have a minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience in a similar hotel environment role. You will be professional and enthusiastic. The individual will have a strong knowledge of all key aspects of the role and will be self-motivated with the confidence of working within the hospitality industry.
Key Aspects
- To direct and organise all staff within your department, ensuring customer requirements are satisfied to the highest standards.
- To assume supervisory responsibility for the running of the bar.
- To follow proper financial standard operating procedures including cashing up, float counting and report summaries as required.
- To maintain an open and accurate channel of communication with the entire staff and management team.
- To assist the implementation, control & review of all procedures relating to stock control, cash handling, purchasing and stock & waste disposal as relevant to the company’s operations.
Considering the role, you will be required to be flexible, shifts include working busy wedding functions, evenings, weekends.
